How much space do you need?

We recommend a minimum of:

• 10ft x 10ft for the booth setup

Do you require an outlet/power?

Yes — we need access to a standard power outlet within 25–50 feet of the setup location.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, as long as the booth is on level ground and protected from bad weather. If wind or rain becomes an issue, the booth may need to be moved indoors for safety.

Are overlays/custom designs included?

Yes! All packages include an overlay.

How far do you travel?

We’re based in Huntington, WV and travel throughout WV, OH, and KY.

Travel up to 25 miles roundtrip is included, with travel fees for longer distances.

How do I reserve my date?

A $150 non-refundable retainer and signed rental agreement are required to lock in your event date.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Can I add more time?

Yes! Additional booth time can be added for $150 per hour, subject to availability.
