Most wedding dresses are made to order and typically take 30–90 business days depending on the design, level of customization, and current production volume. Most accessories, including many handmade veils and finishing pieces, typically take 14–28 business days.
What is your return policy?

Eligible standard-size items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders, including custom sizing, custom colors, and modified designs, are final sale and cannot be returned. Returned items must be unworn and in original condition.
How do I know what size to order?

Bridal sizing is often different from regular clothing sizes. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully and having your measurements professionally taken before ordering, especially for fitted gowns, structured bodices, or custom pieces.
Do you offer custom sizing or customizations?

Yes — we can accommodate custom sizing, custom colors, and select design adjustments on most dresses. Some veils can also be customized in length and color.
