Most accessories, including many veils and handmade pieces, typically take 14–28 business days for production. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States and currently serve customers across all EU countries, Australia, Mexico, and other select international regions.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other destination-related charges required by their country.
Return Info & Policies
We offer a 7-day return window on eligible standard size dresses to provide added flexibility while helping protect against misuse of made-to-order bridalwear. To qualify for return, dresses must be sent back in the same condition they were received.
Custom dresses are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a significant error on our end.
Because of the nature of bridalwear and made-to-order production, return and exchange eligibility may vary by item.

Many accessories are also handmade, and eligible accessory returns must also fall within the same 7-day return window and be sent back unworn and in original condition. Most of our dresses can be customized to better fit your vision, including custom sizing, custom color options, and custom train lengths. If you are interested in any of these changes, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability, pricing, and production details for your specific design. For custom sizing, we will need your bust, waist, hip, hollow-to-floor, height, height with heels, bicep circumference, and arm length if sleeves are included. We recommend having all measurements professionally taken to ensure the best possible fit.
Select veils may be customized in both length and color to better suit your look. If you are interested in a veil customization, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm available options for your chosen design, including fabric availability, color matching, length adjustments, and any related pricing or production details.
